Born in Ridewood, grew up in Sussex through the 4th grade when the family moved to the OC.

I've had gigs in Nanuet, Port Jervis, Saginaw (BIG mistake) and have been with WNNJ since 2003.

Been with my wife Jen for something like 13 years and we just welcomed our first child, James, into the world. It's a blast!
Can't stand pets, spend my downtime with the PS, Marvel goodies, cooking up some vittles or hanging with me family.

Hungry? Here is a nice egg recipe! Enjoy!

a hardboiled egg encased in sausage meat, rolled in breadcrumbs and then fried. fried. fried.

scotch egg recipe

6 hard-boiled eggs, well chilled (i try to cook them to just past soft boiled stage, then stick them in the coldest part of the fridge to firm up)
1 pound good quality sausage meat (i used ground turkey meat, seasoned with sage, white pepper, salt and a tiny bit of maple syrup)
1/2 cup AP flour
1-2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup panko-style bread crumbs
Vegetable oil for frying

peel eggs; divide sausage into 6 portions.
roll each egg in flour then press and shape a portion of the sausage around each egg.
dip sausage-wrapped eggs into beaten egg and roll in panko.
heat oil to 350¢ªF .
cook each egg for 4-5 minutes (longer if shallow frying--constantly turn the eggs around for best results) or until sausage is cooked and browned.
Welcome back to work!

Hope you had a great weekend! Saturday I finally bought a nexgen console! After much deliberation I went with a PS3. Loving it so far. Only have Guitar Hero 3 and Iron Man for it but Christmas is around the corner.

The Jets looked good yesterday. Favre setting a team/personal record for TD's. May be the team is starting to come together. We'll see in 2 weeks after the bye. Already looking forward to the weekend and the annual Warwick Apple Fest. My wife drags me to it but with no Jets game I am in the clear!

No Zep Tour! Can't say that I'm surprised. The 10 or so times I saw Page /Plant was good enough for me.

To get you prepared for this week's VP debate I give you Sarah Palin circa 1984 in a swimsuit competition. 1 piece suits suck!
