Stuff the Bus is going on right now at the New Jersey Quick Chek locations in Wantage, Hampton, Newton, Sparta, Lafayette, Jefferson and Franklin. On Monday afternoon, I'll be broadcasting live from the Quick Chek on Route 206 (Hampton House Road) in Newton from 3p to 7pm. On Tuesday, I'll be at the Quick Chek on Route 15 in Lafayette. Here's what we're looking for this year:
- Canned meats – ham, turkey, chicken, tuna, and beef
- Peanut butter and jelly/jam
- Canned soup, stew, and chili
- Cereal
- Canned vegetables
- Canned fruit
- Dried fruit
- Applesauce
- Puddings
- Macaroni and Cheese
- Boxed Meals
- Pasta
- Pasta Sauce
- Pancake mix and syrup
- Rice
- Fruit Juice
- Coffee and tea
- Kid-friendly items (Fat-free, sugar-free pudding cups, granola bars, graham or animal crackers)
- Instant potatoes
- Turkeys! (Quick Chek will store the birds for us!)
- Toiletries (Hand sanitizer, shampoo and conditioner, Kleenex, disposable razors, toothpaste, tooth brushes, soap, shaving items, feminine products, deodorant, etc.)
And we'll also accept cash! See you this Monday and Tuesday.
