What do you think about those memorials people put along the roadside where someone died in a crash. They always look trashy, the flowers wilt, paint fades from being out in the elements and they're just generally depressing.
I thought that's why we had cemeteries?
Washington County MD proposed an ordinance that would require they be removed after 30 days.
